Amazing service and incredible location. Super thankful they allow dogs, but the walls are super and if you are on the street side it is super loud. Would definitely stay again but ask for a room on the other side away from the street.

Very clean, comfortable room. Very attentive staff. Reasonable rates and pet friendly. Extra fee for pets also reasonable. Walking distance to the Embarcado. We did, however, find the parking slots to be very tight for larger vehicles. Finding a slot on an end with no car on one side helped

Enjoyed my stay once again. The staff have always been considerate & helpful. My only source of contention is the parking situation. Spaces are narrow and it can be stressful/impossible to park at times. Mostly caused by inconsiderate guests not parking within the lines

Recharging the Soul Trip
It was an awesome 5 day stay. Our room had a beautiful view of the smoke stacks, ocean and Morro Rock. You could hear the seals from our room. The balcony was my favorite part as we enjoyed the beautiful sunset each day we were there. The room was fully equipped with all that you need with a comfortable stay. Short walk to the shops and restaurants. Staff was very professional and courteous. I appreciated the text message option to communicate with the staff for room service. Thank you, Cathy for the warm welcome and choice of room you provided for us. We will be coming back soon.

Average motel at a great price equals good value
I enjoyed my two night stay at Harbor House. The room has a private enclosed patio. I had to tune the channels on the TV to watch, but that was probably unusual. On the noisy side, could use better sound insulation between rooms. The room is quite comfortable with good furniture. Nice walk-in shower. Guests couldn't occupy the parking lot for a while during my stay but again that was unusual as they were paving the parking lot. In summary, it's maybe slightly above average motel, but at a good price, it's a good value.
