Worst service ever
I would like to express my concerns regarding our recent stay at the hotel. First and foremost, the cleaning staff member, Yaris, unfortunately lacks the necessary qualifications to work in the hospitality industry. It's not merely a matter of language comprehension; it reflects on a person's ability to provide good service. We are here for six days and only require three fresh bath towels every day for my family. When I went to the hotel hallway, bringing used bath towels and politely requesting Yaris to exchange towels for three new ones, I received a look of overt disgust, and she said, "No," providing only one towel instead. This was my first experience with a hotel staff member who appeared so rude. Additionally, we encountered several maintenance issues, including the absence of a rod for the toilet paper holder, a toilet that hardly flushes appropriately, and an unsettling presence of tiny bugs—at least twenty of them—on the walls. Regrettably, we will not choose this hotel for our future visits to Orlando. I sincerely hope the hotel addresses these service and maintenance issues so that future guests do not have a similar experience during their holiday.

Spectacular employees, but needs updating.
The TV and the wi-fi was not working at the time. Rooms need updating. The carpet needs to be replaced and the accesories, such as lamps(they are a little rusty). The employees are very friendly and helpful. Regarding breakfast, it needs to have more variety.

Only if you need to sleep for a night.
I wouldn’t recommend. The first room had mold, the next room the toilet handle was broke, the third room the toilet wouldn’t flush and we had to use the lobby restroom. The bed slept ok, it’s a 20 in tv in the room. Overall all it looked clean, but you could tell they sprayed mold killer on the ceilings.

WORSE THAN A QUICK TRIP TO HELL
Worse than horrible.needed room for Hurricane Milton evac from Port Charlotte. Toilet leaked at base in bathroom which made the floor slipper. I booked room for 3 nights and left after the first night. Only 1 towel for 2 people. Guests next door partied till 3 am I had 3 pets. Called front desk several times with rude and poor service. Told Juan I wanted a full refund he said stay you pay and yelled on phone at me. He originally told me I’d get a full refund. He lies as well as his female desk clerk no grab bar in shower bathroom floor extremely slippery. Want a full refund

Inexpensive and was only there one night. Coffee was bad. Staff was wonderful. They were preparing for a hurricane and had everything outside cleaned. Room was nice. Please could use some update's and painting in areas. I can tell they are trying to maintain a older building.

Staff was rude and unhelpful. The hotel is next to a businesses and main road. It was very noisy and my husband and I were not able to sleep much. Also, when I made my reservation, I made it for a king size bed. When I checked in the clerk said that there weren't any rooms with king size available. So, I questioned why they took the reservation for a king size bed if there weren't any available, he got annoyed and said, "well we don't have any, take it or leave it." We took it because we had to depart early next morning out of Orlando airport and were hoping to sleep some, which didn't happened. I strongly recommend that you avoid this hotel. I will stay in this hotel again.

Our first room tv didn't work at all. 2nd room shower had very little water pressure. It was like taking a shower in a sink. Don't walk around with no shoes the carpet is dirty. Get what you pay for.
