Just as good the second time.
This was a return visit for the reason that we were pleased by the first visit. The price is good for what we enjoyed, a pool, hot tub, and good breakfast. The staff were all super helpful and responsive and friendly.

We especially appreciated Daisy at the front desk. She was friendly and very customer service oriented - friendly, helpful, went the extra mile. All the staff we encountered were friendly and nice. Rooms were clean and quiet which was important to us due to the location near industrial businesses and the busy streets.

Meh
It was alright. Okay for getting in late and leaving in the morning. Immediately after getting into the room I saw a clipped fingernail on the sink, which left me feeling uneasy about the cleanliness. The lobby also smelled very strongly of some sort of pine sol smell, which is good from a cleanliness standpoint but very off putting. We checked in late evening and the front desk person looked as if they were covering a shift from a different department and weren’t super friendly. All in all not horrible but I wouldn’t stay there again, even for a quick trip

The room was dirty, the windows are so thin that you can hear the noise from the road that is close to the hotel. The carpet is dirty. There are rooms in the basement that I don't recommend because the window is at the same level that the ground. If you book through Expedia they will give you one in the basement.

The staff was courteous and the breakfast had some variety. The hot food was appreciated. The cleanliness of the hotel was terrible. Our room was extremely dirty upon arrival. The carpet and hard flooring in the room had obvious debris and dead bugs on the ground. There was hair everywhere and the bedding was covered in stains.
