The representative that helped me was wonderful. The room wasn’t perfect, but the sheet were clean and the bed was comfortable. It certainly wasn’t a bad stay at all! Just needed a little tender care and update.

The front desk clerk was nice and doing her best and it is centrally located, but the room was dirty, stained, paint chipping. Im not picky but I expect at least the bare minimum cleanliness and upkeep. Crumbs around the bed, cigarette burns all over the place, no tp on the roll. And how much is a can of paint and some caulk?

Very little water pressure, paint peeling and potential mold in shower, four huge water stains in ceiling, free breakfast only included packaged cheese danishes, toast, 2 cereals and bitter coffee, ver old, flat pillows, sheets had pilling, ice machine wasn’t working. Hotel looks like it was updated in last 5 years but could use another semi makeover. Hotel was clean and loved the new floors. Tub still looked older, phone didn’t work and it takes several tries before card keys work. I saw another couple with same difficulties. The blanket was stained and had burn holes in it.
