The rooms were quite clean and spacious, but this stay went downhill quickly. My husband fell in the bathtub. The surface of the tub is quite slippery, a problem made worse by the absence of slip resistant mats. The response from the front desk was, "This hotel does not have them." When pressed, this was followed up with, "I don't know what the solution is." This place definitely needs better staff training. Such an inadequate, nonchalant response only made a bad situation worse. My husband injured his hand and is contending with back pain following this fall. There are countless solutions to this problem. None of them begin with, "I don't know."
