We stayed in one of the studio rooms and it was clean and comfortable. I thought it was a good value and convenient location as well. We went off season but enjoyed the indoor pool and hot tub. Would stay again.

Stay Away
Had a big event happen and could not make it and they refused to refund even four days out. I checked out the property when in Destin another time and looks more like an old strip club and motel attached and wouldn’t want to stay anyway. Would have been nice if they refunded professionally

Only down side is the walk to the beach is far because the hotels on the beach don't allow beach access, so you have to walk about a mile to the closest beach access even though your right across the street from the beach.
