Great Stay For Us!
The choice of room was perfect. The staff were kind and informative. Everything was up to par in every way. It made our stay seem so short that we didn't want to leave. After leaving however, we felt incredibly relaxed, a feeling we haven't felt for over 10 years. Needless to say, we will definitely go back this property to stay. We will also be seeking out other locations to stay at when we travel elsewhere.

4 mins walk to OLG stage
Stayed in the presidential suite , very spacious. Bed was comfortable, nice soaker tub , 2 very large tvs, separate seating area with pull out couch and table for 4. Nice wet bar area with microwave and mini fridge and separate sink. Hotel stay was very quiet. We were able to drop off our bags early and check in was very fast, they had lots of staff at front desk. Housekeeping was easy to find and very pleasant. Would stay here again, good location to the OLG stage and casino. Room has a couple minor updates required , just normal wear and tear. (Paint touch up, broken outlet cover by bed, shower door hinge) overall good stay and look forward to return.

Jumping kids above us
They were a bunch of kids in the room above us constantly jumping from bed to floor and running around. Spoke to the manager it did stop for the night, but they started up in the morning and woke us up. Not the kids problem parents didnt teach them how to behave or didnt care.

Bed has bug. So itching for all night. Can’t sleep. So noisy around the room. People go around and close the door so noisy. Remember one thing is when you book in hotel.com this price isn’t final price. You need to pay 11 dollars when you arrival. I never had this happen before.

Was kind of surprised that we got charged a resort fee and there was really nothing to do at the hotel. The only restaurant was closed the entire weekend for a private function. Also, we received a link to check in electronically, and then had to go through the entire process on arrival. Saved absolutely no time with a pre-check in.

Good night stay
We had a really good time, we booked based on price and reviews and were happy that for once the reviews did not disappoint. It was clean and the heater did not keep us up at night which was a plus. It is a little bit out of the way but we liked that there was a short cut to take us to clifton hill. Over all, we would definately stay here again. Parking was a little overpriced in my opinion for this property.. It was $25/night but i guess its still cheaper than parking at the casino or anywhere close to it.

We booked this because franchise hotels are always safe. However it took 4 people to check us in. The restaurant was not open but seemed to be available for residents. Yes residents. To anyone booking here know that majority of people staying actually live here. This is more of a housing project vs a family hotel.
