Disappointed
The entrance to this resort is misleading! It’s very grandiose but unfortunately the rooms are old and in need of an update. The fridge is so old it froze all our food no matter what setting it was on, even the 4 as they suggested. The AC dial, yes dial on a wall, is so old it’s unmanageable. We had 2 stained mattress protectors & a blood stained doona. The bathroom sliding door kept getting stuck. There were cobwebs & an offensive moldy smell under the kitchen sink! The restaurant was very average, we had one meal and didn’t go back. If it wasn’t for Julie in housekeeping being so prompt with replacing our bed linen, we would have given this place 1 star. We won’t be returning.

Good value mid week stay for business. It's located away from shops & restaurants etc. Closest being 5 mins away in a car. But helps with it being quiet. Outlook is nice over golf course and lake/wetland. Some new development going on nearby, but it wasn't a disturbance.

First appearance at reception, receptionists needed to put her smiley face on not a good first impression, but restaurant staff were very helpful and friendly. Maybe consider including better options for breakfast. Our room was satisfactory good value for money apart from the dust and spider webs in the window above our bed.
