Great location…a little tired.
The location of this place is amazing, literally 50 ft from the Central Market. If there was a roof deck on premises (like in the photo) no one told us about it but to be fair it was raining. Room was clean. Shower was not - lots of mildew. Staff was very helpful and kind. Rock hard pillows. It worked for us but definitely NOT a luxury experience.

Lovely Hosts
The manager was delightful and helpful and willing to go beyond to help us have a good stay. We arrived early and he insured that we could check into our room and put our bags away so that we could begin enjoying Florence immediately The room was comfortable, and the bathroom was clean with a great shower. Noisy street meant closed windows, which would be ok but the AC was not up to the task. Breakfast was simple but good. Great location and hosts. Would stay here again.

The people that run this hotel are top notch. We had questions like where to eat location of important sites etc they were exceptionally helpful. The room was clean and was well maintained. The included breakfast was excellent. We needed assistance with transportation to the train station they graciously called a cab for us. I could go on and on but suffice to say we had a great stay. Also the location is fabulous.

Great location and service but too noisy!
The hotel is very well located with supermarkets, restaurants, shops and main tourist sites just outside. The staff were great and the room service excellent. The only downsides were that it was too noisy to sleep - every movement made by the people in a room above or in the next rooms can be heard. People walking around upstairs Sounds like very loud thuds and bangs on the ceilings - okay for heavy sleepers only. We didn’t hear noise from outside even though it’s a very busy area. The breakfast is good but the room is tiny and difficult to move around when any other guests are in there.

Overall the hotel is between average and good. The air conditioner is not cool enough to battle the 40 degrees Celsius heat. Other thing is there is uranium smell in the bathroom room even the staff use bleach to clean it after we reported the issue. We suspect it could be caused by the heat evaporate from the sewage as we were living on the 2nd floor. Breakfast is average but not too much space if everyone comes at the same time. Overall is average for the price.
