Ótimo lugar
É um prédio composto por apartamentos para locação, por isso não tem as comididades de um hotel. O apartamento que eu fiquei era ótimo, com vista lateral para o mar, extremamente confortável, muito bem equipado, com geladeira, fogão, microondas, talheres, pratos, enfim, tudo para se fazer uma refeição. A localização é muito boa, mas fica meio afastado dos principais pontos turísticos de Maceió, pra quem quer mais tranquilidade isso é ótimo. Os únicos pontos negativos é o atendimento da recepção, que passa longe de ser cordial e um dia ficamos sem água quente no prédio inteiro e esse problema demorou muito para ser solucionado.

Experiência maravilhosa durante e a minha estadia. Flat muito bem organizado e com todos os itens necessários. Muito limpo e organizado. Os únicos pontos negativos que destacaria foi a demora no check-in, pois havia somente uma pessoa na recepção e tinha uma fila enorme, então passei mais de 40 minutos para ser atendida. E a piscina que estava em manutenção. Mas no geral a experiência foi positiva.

O edifício e studio são novos e organizados. A estadia foi ótima. Estacionamento fácil e com rápido acesso aos elevadores. Somente algumas observações para melhoria: A cama box não é confortável. Os utensílios de cozinha são limitadíssimos. Se for hóspede for cozinhar, vai sentir falta de muita coisa. E por fim, tem hora que vem um cheiro de esgoto do banheiro. Tem que deixar o porta sempre fechada.

Bom massss
Bem bonito mas a cozinha é muuuito pequena e sem itens essenciais (escorredor, tábua), nem sal, mas tinha detergente, bucha, abridor e taça de vinho. Tinha kit de amenidades (shampoo e sabonete). Por ser fogão de indução e as panelas de péssima qualidade, todas tinha uma crosta de sujeira que não saia na bucha, só quando cozinhei uma massa.
