Modern amenities. Great location, easy and safe to walk around Roma Norte. Friendly customer service. 2 bedroom apartment was really a 1 private bedroom with a 2nd king bed in shared space with small living area and kitchen. Still roomy enough. Free laundry and nice garden terrace.

The stay was great. There is plenty to do within walking distance and the fridge in the room has a helpful map if you get overwhelmed by the sheer amount of options. I plan to stay at this same ULIV or another ULIV property because of how great my stay here was.

Brilliant! Location is fantastic with lots of stuff nearby. The team at the hotel is super helpful - before and during our stay - and very friendly. Always quick to respond. Our room was well equipped and it was great to have some outside space, filtered water and a small kitchen with kettle, coffee machine, toaster, blender etc. We stayed there twice as it was perfect for what we wanted.

Spacious room in a nice neighborhood
Stayed here for one week during the Formula 1 race. The room was spacious and clean and included a decently stocked kitchenette. Both rooms had air conditioning and a nice size balcony off the larger king size room. The only thing that felt odd was not having a TV in the living room (didn't really need one in the bedroom), and the bed was too firm for me. The neighborhood we were in felt safe and there were good food options that were walkable. All in all, I would stay here again.

Excellent hotel in Roma Norte
We stayed here for 10 nights and highly recommend this apartment hotel. The room is well equipped - a Nespresso coffee maker, filtered water dispenser, full sized fridge and basic amenities in the kitchen, like plates, bowls etc. A supermarket is a 10 minute walk from the hotel and there are quite a few restaurants close by. Edmondo at the front desk is exceptional - he speaks flawless English & cheerfully answered all our questions and was a great resource. There is a laundry room for guests to use - no charge. The hotel is in a quieter area of Roma Norte with no street noise and within walking distance of Paseo de la Reforma and transit. Close enough to everything without the crowds or noise. The property, part of a chain, seems new and is well maintained; communication prior to arrival is excellent. Overall an excellent hotel choice in CDMX.

Modern property in a great, central location. When staff were available, they were all great. But you’re really left to figure out a lot on your own - I could never figure out the television. Maid service is available only as an add on, upcharge. If you’re ok with a DIY experience, I’d recommend it. If you want to feel more cared for or need some tending to, a more traditional hotel model is a better option.

Best part of this hotel was easily the location. Really central to a lot of great spots in Roma and Condesa that were either walkable or an easy Uber. The room itself was quite spacious and we loved the floor to ceiling windows that provided a great view of the city. Biggest con was the overall cleaniness could've been improved. The bathroom in particular needed more of a remodel than a deep clean as some of the tiling and caulking was moldy, trash bin was dirty and bent, and our bathroom sink left an awful smell everytime we used it (we eventually opted to use the filtered water in the kitchenette for most of the trip instead). Our room also developed a very strange smell coming from the vents during our last day. Unfortunately, when we noted it to the front desk we didn't get much help but because it was our last day we didn't push it too much. The laundry room machines also really needed a deep clean. Another small con was the elevators were quite slow despite there being 3 of them. But this was a pretty busy/popular hotel during our stay so it made it sense. If you stay here on an upper floor definitely give yourself a 10 min lead time!
