Nice complex, brand new and tastefully decorated (and very clean). Directly across the road from a shopping centre with plenty of food options. Near the beach and close to the freeway. Parking included.
Communication with property and management problematic - messages not responded to. When we checked in there was only one key available - we were told they’d get the other set back from housekeeping the next morning. We asked the next morning and were told it hadn’t been returned but they’d contact the housekeeper and call us back (there was never any call back). A further check around 3 hours later gave the same answer - housekeeping hasn’t returned it. I went back down a third time and we were then told there wasn’t another key we could have - it was with the owner. Having only one key for the lift access/apartment was problematic and meant we were unable to go out separately and both have access - how they thought this was acceptable is beyond me. Only one very slow lift per apartment block - bit of a design fault.
