Grand Old Hotel
Grand old hotel, just an awesome experience staying here. The elevator was broken and staff quickly found us a room on the 2nd floor to minimize stairs. The room was gorgeous. We were very happy here and would definitely stay here again!

We booked through hotels. com.
On arrival, we were offered a 4th floor room. Then we were told that the elevator was our of service, Parking at this hotel is non-existent. You park eventually several hundred yards away. Ciimbing to the 4th floor with luggage was terrible
The hotel bar and restaurant were closed. "We are open on the weekends". We arrived on Thursday,
The room was awful. The air conditioning unit was in a window directly above the bed. The noise was unbelievable. Very hard to control.
There is no normal TV. You get a lot of you tube and other internet items.
There is no telephone service in the room. Good luck calling the front desk.
This is a storied and historic hotel that verges in primitive in terms of service.
Overall not worth the money

NYE Stay - Nice
Stayed NYE. Room was small and cozy. Elevator was out. If youre not used to stairs, well had no choice, bed was on 3rd floor. No conditioner for womens hair as an option, just shampoo. Walls are thin, heard people after 1230 talking screaming loudly through halls. Only 4 fireworks.
Heard knocking (2 knocks) throughout the evening, but not sure if it was someone dropping things on the floor or someone trying to reach out to me LOL. sometimes it was 3 knocks or 1 knock. They were going through renovation and the original wood floors was exposed. Stayed in room 316 or was it 318. Dont recall.

Our room was not cleaned at check in with sheets and towels balled up on the bed.
They moved of us to another room. The shampoo and soap dispensers were empty in the shower and those at the sink were not working. The elevator was broken and not in use.

Christmas at the Copper Queen Hotel
We stayed over the Christmas holiday. The staff, including housekeeping, restaurant and the saloon, were amazingly helpful and friendly. The room was charming and the beds were comfortable! It is an old building and must be treated with care. The elevator was not working. This was a good thing because our room was right next to it and didn’t have any noise problems. The hotel had beautiful Christmas trees and decorations.
The WiFi didn’t work which meant the room TV was not working. We decided that was fine because we still had cellular access on our phones and freed us up to explore the town of Bisbee.
If you choose stay during Christmas remember this is a small town and most of the area shuts down. Have a plan for your meals on Christmas Eve and Day.

Historic Stay
The Copper Queen is a historic property, so I didn't expect modern touches. The room was large and the bed comfortable. Lots of hot water and great water pressure. Very convenient to the downtown shopping area and restaurants. A little noisy, but then it was New Year's Eve. Overall, just fine.

Old and rundown. Maybe great for history buffs.
I shouldn’t have been surprised but entering the hotel was a shock. It is after all 123 years old and it really looks like it. It has old wood floors that saw better times in the past and carpet on stairs and hallways that needed replacing long ago. The room we received was barely bigger than the queen size bed, the tv didn’t work as the hotel WiFi was down and the desk guy said there were so many rooms booked that it was overwhelmed. Very noisy. The bed was great however and the onsite restaurant was great. We won’t stay there again. Some of the other rooms might have been nice but the feel like for what we paid we were cheated.

We came for Sidepony music festival as performing musicians. Copper Queen is so convenient for walking the town and enjoying multiple venues. Our room was comfortable and we love the atmosphere. I do wish for as much money as the musicians bring in to the town of Bisbee for that weekend, a musician discount would be offered as we have so many travels expenses and play the music for free. I don't know why the restaurant wasn't open on Friday evening. The restaurant could improve it's service, although the food was good.

Decent stay
Cute room but super tiny. Elevator was broken so walking up 3 flights with a bad hip was tough. Liked the shower but found dirty towels left behind.
