We loved our stay, the room was very clean, bed comfortable and spotless, room spacious. Front desk staff friendly and warm. The only thing we did not care for initially was breakfast because we are used to buffet breakfast, but we agreed it was not that bad overall. We didnt like to get a bottle of water or juice, we would be able to get coffee/tea without paying additional. We would definitely stay here again.

The staff at the Courtyard Westbury was exceptional, They went above and beyond to accommodate me and my family whom I was visiting for the holidays. I can't say enough good things about my overall experience and will surely be staying here for all my future trips to Long Island. The location was convenient to literally everything. Made my trip Magical.
As a front desk employee at another hotel myself, this property blew my expectations out the water. I visited with my significant other for a special trip and they made it extra special for us with decorations and goodies. The room was very clean as well as the linen, from the towels to the sheets, they were all clean and soft. The customer service was spectacular as I was met with smiles upon arrival and smiles when checking out. The housekeepers did a fantastic job when service was needed and did so in a timely fashion. Overall, an impressive stay and I will definitely be returning for another trip at the Courtyard in Westbury.
