Room not ready at 1530 in the day of check-in. Superior suite with 50%of light busted, after 2 days few was replaced but unfortunately the one above the bed was not possible to turn-off, so I sleep with light on. Air condition very noising and leaking water inside the room. All forniture in very bad condition, also several times I was running behaving the stewardess at 1800 for clean my room and replace towels. All was addressed to the manager but nothing change and no any kind of reimbursement was proposed.
