It is an old building falling apart. This hotel unfortunately falls short of expectations, particularly when contrasted with the polished images presented online. While the front desk staff showed commendable hospitality, that was the extent of the positive experience. The condition of the rooms was disappointing, with issues such as uncleanliness, torn curtains, an odorous mattress, and dirty windows. Although the breakfast selection appeared adequate, the refusal to prepare fresh scrambled eggs and opting instead for microwaving the morning's leftovers was a letdown, exacerbated by the cook's unfriendliness. The hotel's swimming pool, despite boasting a stunning view, was marred by murky water that obscured the bottom and surrounded by low-quality plastic furniture. Additionally, the delayed opening of the pool further detracted from the experience. The early closure of the restaurant and bar was a significant inconvenience, limiting evening options. An incident involving a denied request for enjoying a bottle of wine by the pool due to an impending area closure, despite previous assurances of accessibility, was particularly frustrating. Ultimately, our stay was underwhelming, leading us to spend the majority of our time elsewhere, including dining at local restaurants in Cumbuco and visiting another beach club. A notable inconvenience was the difficulty in securing transportation from the hotel, as both Uber and other taxi services were unreliable in this location.

Jamais me hospedarei no La Suíte.
O ponto mais positivo é a limpeza em todos os aspectos, os atendentes muito gentis, café da manhã com pouca variedade, mas muito gostoso e asseado. Comida do restaurante ruim e sem capricho. O pior de tudo é que misturam visitantes com hóspedes e a piscina fica sem espaço quando a gente precisa. A torneira do lavatório do apartamento era péssima, dava trabalho usar. Amei a limpeza da piscina todos os dias. Horrível não ter elevador e a gente fica carregando malas pesadas por escadarias enormes e os funcionários assistindo senhoras carregando tanto peso. Eu não voltaria a me hospedar no La Suíte de jeito nenhum e vou pensar muito antes de comprar novamente pelo Hotéis.com. O espaço físico no geral é lindo e poderia ser melhor aproveitado.

Estivemos do dia 01/01/2025 até 04/01/2025, haviamos contratado e pago até o dia 05/01/25, porem saimos dia 04 por diversos motivos, Comida péssima e cara, limpeza dos pratos para café da manhã "muito sujos" para usar eu limpava os pratos com guardanapos de papel, talheres nojentos, quarto muito sujo pedimos para que fosse limpo, demoraram dois dias, fizemos refeição um unico dia, passamos mal tive que ir na farmacia comprar anti-acido , espero que possam corrigir estas terriveis falhas,

Foi péssimo...nada condizia com as fotos. Lugar horrível, funcionários de cara feia, mal educados, lugar sem gestão. Não aceitaram devolução e ou cancelamento, mudaram de acomodação devido ao mau cheiro do quarto, porém as instalações eram piores, banheiro sem estrutura, chuveiro horrível, a torneira dava choque. O restaurante fecha 17:30h, as piscinas geladas e mal limpas nas bordas. Café da manhã ruim, sem variedades e ambiente ruim com moscas. As frutas feias, colocadas com desleixo, mal arrumadas. Não dá nem vontade de comer. Funcionários de cara feia p tempo todo, você se sente mal, Toalhas de banho mal cheirosas. Não tinha telefone nos quartos, estacionamento não cabe todos os carros...o uniforme dos funcionários desbotados, gastos. Hotel sem gestão parece estar abandonado. Valor pago não condizia com a hospedagem. O esgoto era despejado no mar ao lado do hotel com um cheiro insuportável. Não divulgam os outros acessos as praias do próprio grupo. Outra coisa péssima, é oferecido um day use muito barato em que as pessoas lotam as áreas das piscinas e os hospedes ficam sem acesso. Portaria sem segurança. Totalmente insatisfeitos.
