Yo realicé la reservación el día viernes 8 en la noche, siendo que en la página web aparecía con disponibilidad. El sábado a las 9:00 A.M. cuando iba camino al hotel, recibo una llamada del hotel para decirme que el mismo estaba lleno, y que supuestamente no sabían como la página web de expedia me había permitido hacer la reservación ya que no tenían habitación disponible. Le manifesté mi molestia al encargado del hotel y me dijo que iba a contactar a los responsables de expedia, que eran los únicos responsables por lo sucedido.
