Easy access to everything
Great location. Very spacious. Great fridge, it’s actually very cold. Convenient 7-11 connected which my grandchildren loved. Close access to the T so getting to the Steeler game was a breeze.

It was great. The location was in midtown, so close to several things and the highway. The garage attendant was friendly and helpful. It met our needs

Would definitely return.
Our stay was great. The staff was friendly & very helpful. Our room was quiet & very comfortable. The location was terrific, it allowed us only a short walk to the PPG Arena. On site restaurant & parking were also a big plus.

6/10 Good

Sore back after three days of sleep on a mattress shaped like a taco. Toilet had us terrified of backing-up the whole time. Most of all, the only reason this could possibly be called a suite is because the bedroom was separate. Nothing else about it special in the least bit. Not the dirtiest hotel room I’ve seen, but not what I expected for the money. Not sure what’s up with the huge empty corner, seemed like maybe there was a kitchenette there at one point?

Overpriced ick
Common spaces were nice and obviously redecorated, our room was old and dingy and the light switches grossed me out. We both slept terribly.

Nice location for concert
Great location for concert. The bar appeared to not anticipate an after concert, crowd.

Staff didn’t let us know of the unavailability in parking spot. We had to park elsewhere and incur additional cost. Property was no clean and didn’t seem safe for family.

I stayed here for one night after attending a concert at PPG Arena. We had to park across the street at the U.S. Steel building’s garage because the hotel’s was full. It was actually cheaper than the Doubletree. Our suite on the 14th floor was fine. We walked to Market Square for dinner and down to the park by the river the next morning before we left.

6/10 Good

My door had to slammed shut and was extremely loud to close and difficult to open, shower was in a tub with a handicap seat, which made it smaller, food for breakfast was very expensive and not worth the money, and no parking at the hotel, it was all taken so had to venture across the street in another deck. Lack of parking and access to hotel created lots of issues as it’s on a very busy street, although all workers were very polite and friendly.
