Overcharging
First they give a room with ocean view while they charge me for with ocean front. When i told the desk they told i need to pay an extra 140 dollars to get the ocean front room that They had already charged me for. After i checked out they add so fee that wasn’t included previously. I have to ask for my room to be clean by the cleaning service and i did get enough towels to use. The food wasn’t good either. This hotel was a ripe off.

From the start we got there early Of course I messed up the ordering of the room. So I got the only one of 6 rooms booked haha The staff was great got me straight to the restaurant for food and drinks We were approached and offered another room which was available. Bartender John (could be in terrible with names) hooked us up until it was time to make our way to the comedy show Just such a great experience in a time when there really just isn’t any.
