Someone in the hotel yelling a ridiculous phrase that ended in motherf**r repeatedly for 18 hrs. No action taken. I wish I was kidding. Don’t stay here if you don’t have to.

Bad guests
There was only one disappointment. We went to the adult pool at the Ocean Tower and found the towel cabinet completely empty. There were 6 guests sitting on the chaise lounges and EACH one had two towels covering their chairs DESPITE the sign that guests take one towel per person. And these people NEVER went into the water. I had to get a towel from my room. Selfish entitled people
