Very windy location. Main front door is closed and locked due to windy condition. Room is spotless and very luxurious, but privacy curtain outside of bathroom is a bit strange. Not much around the area but the stay includes all meals and late night snacks, so a bonus. View is spectacular, though limited by the weird structures outside of the balcony.

服務人員都非常親切有禮，早餐晚餐也都非常精緻美味，份量充足，連住兩日品項也多有變化。 但第一天抵達介紹房間（海景蜜月套房），打開浴室的窗簾我馬上傻眼，浴室整面海景落地窗面對的是車道與其他房間和共用空間！這樣浴室毫無隱私的設計概念是第一次在高級飯店遇到，更別說樓下車道一直有孩童騎車嘻戲或成人聚集抽菸嘻鬧，跟我入住過的杜蘭朵烏來體驗完全不同。 好在第二天協助加價升級至海畔套房，才有了很好的客房體驗。 服務人員都非常親切，但還有很多小地方令人感到無法理解，讓人有這裡是以家庭或團體為主打而較不在意雙人入住的旅客。第二天一早用餐時空曠的餐廳卻讓我們坐在與攜帶幼童家庭相連的座位，經反應才換往靠窗獨立的餐桌，隔天一早又發生類似事情，所有靠窗座位都沒人，卻仍安排我們入座中間座位，經反應後仍說那些座位要留給人數較多的客人，但至用餐結束都無人入座（用餐時間是前一晚預訂的），這點讓人覺得服務有些不夠細緻。 布置的部分有些桌上也有些雜物感，或是清掃用具明顯可見，有時會有住在民宿的錯覺，也是跟烏來印象查異較大的地方。

房間設備跟整體服務都很好，一泊二食的餐點都蠻有水準的。 唯一的缺點是餐廳上菜服務需要再加強。不是前一道料理還沒用完就上下一道，就是上下一道菜前，沒先收舊盤子就直接上新菜，結果空盤子就跟新一道料理全擺在桌上。
