The balcony room facing the mountains is probably the best option. The room itself is new and clean. The shampoo, soap etc are good quality that won’t scare the skin off your bones like at some other hotels. If I were rating this hotel on the room alone (compared with other hotels in Kingston) I’d give it 5 stars. Compared to the Rosewood in London 2.5 stars. But we are in Kingston. The hotel is understaffed (there’s no excuse for this) 3 stars. The food is overcooked, overpriced, over everything.. too much sauce, too much cheese, too much oil, too much salt. 1 Star. The food is horrible. This is too easy to fix. Hire a proper chef and pay them well. After all you are charging a premium for the food. I almost forgot drinks. Cocktails are expensive af but good, really good. The premium you charge for cheap wine is inexcusable but I have a choice there so 4 stars for the drinks.

Everything was amazing! Checking was a breeze. Customer service at the bar, kitchen and even Starbucks was immaculate. I would 100% recommend staying here and if I’m in the Kingston area again I’m definitely staying here.

The worse, they are rude the power kept going, the prices are ridiculous and I think that they should have breakfast included with such a high price. The kitchen is close after 6. I hated it. The manager is rude.
