Check in, they did not have the room (2 queen) so they gave us a ADA room. I told the receptionist that I would be okay with a King room since we had one less traveler with us, she said she couldn’t change it due to booking with third party (this isn’t true, bc there has been many times that rooms have been changed, she didn’t want to do the extra work, also, if she was able to assign us a ADA room, why not another ?). Reception was rude for both check in and check out process. Cafe was closed so we could not BUY coffee in the morning, she said they are short staffed so Cafe isn’t open. Staff not friendly.
