Great stay with room for improvement in breakfast
My stay at the hotel was fantastic overall. The location is excellent, the facilities and rooms were clean, and the staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful. However, I must mention one area that could use improvement, which is the breakfast. The quality and variety of options were disappointing and fell below the standard I expected from the hotel. This was surprising, considering how well everything else was managed. I strongly encourage the hotel management to enhance the breakfast offerings to better align with the overall high quality of the guest experience.

Konsert i Spektrum - valget er Plaza
Vi valgte Plaza fordi vi skulle på konsert på Spektrum. Glimrende lokasjon i så tilfelle og første gang på Plaza for min del. Flott hotell - rent og pent. Betryggende at man må bruke romnøkkelen for å bruke heisen. Frokost i store gode lokaler med hyggelig betjening. Rommet hadde air condition som faktisk lar seg justere til en ønsket temperatur. Har ikke alltid opplevd det. Vi bodde der bare ei natt, men kan fort bli flere netter der ved neste besøk ti Oslo.

Hotellet er flott, med god beliggenhet. Vær obs på at frokost nødvendigvis ikke er inkludert. Jeg trodde jeg hadde frokost, men det viste seg ikke å være tilfelle. Da ble jeg og min kone fakturert 425,- pr stk, for en helt ordinær hotellfrokost. Ordinær pris er 245,-, men vi ble belastet et drop-in gebyr på 180,- siden vi ikke meldte fra et dagen før.
