The place is brand new and the landscaping is gorgeous. Most of the staff was fantastic and very welcoming. Worked with us on the fact that the out island resort brought us out from Caye to the Belize city early. Even though check in was 3PM they let us set up in lobby and use the pool. Kitchen is very limited and closes arbitrarily. But, the did include us in barbeque for a party so we did eat. Fell short on a few small items. never gave the water bottles offered and requested. Runs more like a family resort. a few people are less then happy to be working there. tire pilings all over the side of the beach. And the camper sitting in the middle of the grounds does detract for the area. Makes feel like a KOA. No vegetarian options. They show cappichino and espresso at kitchen. But, only perked coffee available ... sometimes.Beach is really not for swimming and they tell you that. And as always bring bug spray.

We had an amazing adventure kayaking in the sea and river just outside our room. The view is gorgeous. The food was delicious. The staff was inviting. Happy we stopped here.

I liked the privacy and quiet, clean atmosphere. The food options were limited on the property. Check in was OK. Our door lock didn't work but they did fix it. Otherwise good place to visit. Close to other places to visit. No alcohol is served on the property so bring your own.

I got an infeststion of sand flies while there. Sand fleas are a significant probelm at this site.

Very friendly staff, fun Outdoor restaurant with good local food. Kayaks were a bonus. Very clean - beautiful views. Not convenient for shopping. Take some food with you. They have kitchen for your use. It would be nice even if they sold a few supplies - but if you had a car it would be fine.
