Overbooked hotel
Well... there was not stay.
We arrived to the hotel and they had just overbooked the hotel and we found ourselves, me and my friend, and another couple... on the Street just before New Year.
We did contact hotels.com and they were not able yo relocate us so we were just on the Street, ended sleeping in a semi private home without bathroom and thanks we found that.
Amazing.
After using Hotels.com for years, goldmember... the service I’ve Got from the Phillipino Hotels.com office.... just a disaster.
They talked like if I had to be just happy with recovering my money... ??? That I paid and never got a hotel and not for my mistake... overbooked hotel.
That’s not all. Happened again in another hotel, almost same thing but this time the hotel contacted me hours before arrival... and again hotels.com... telling me they will do all possible to refund me... like if it was my fault that they offer in their website rooms not really available and I paid for them...
I asked for a compensation and their answer kind of I should be happy just getting my money back.
Amazing... what is wrong Hotels.com Phillipine office????
