I booked this hotel for my friend on Nov. 22. Because of she didn't speak English, I asked her call me if she needed any help. Around 7:00 pm, she called me and panicked said someone accessed room. I immediately rushed back to hotel and inquired front desk about the situation, and pointed out that no other guest should be allowed to access an occupied room for any reason. I called hotels.com customer service, a staff was very sympathetic my situation, she contacted the hotel and asked for some compensation but was rejected by the hotel manager. As a guest this is unacceptable.
