All the members of the executive lounge staff team are always excellent, sophisticated, smart, friendly, in short, they are perfect. When you stay there, you've got to try their buffet in the second floor. Amazing food for a very reasonable price. Stuff were super friendly and helpful. On my wife's birthday they sent a birthday cake to our room. Thank you! And the location is great too. About 10 min walk to Victoria Harbor, one of the most popular tourist attractions, which to me is the best choice since it isn't too noisy but still quite convenient.

The hotel is in Tsim Shatsui east. It has a nice view of the harbour and should be great for seeing fireworks display. Good for those who need to stay in east Kowloon.
