Other than the terrible experience that we had from the Front Desk (Leo Wong), we really enjoyed our stay at Kerry Hotel. The lighting and aircon system of the room was great. Housekeeping, bell desk, parking, and room service staff all tried their best to provide exceptional service. The food from room service was very tasty. Also, special shoutout to the room service staff for always attending to our special requests of extra hot water. The hand-held shower had a squeaking sound so that needs to be fixed.

The hotel is a little out of the city so I wouldn't reccomend it as a base to explore Hong Kong. The boats across stop quite early so you cant get back easily. The hotel itself is super clean and the staff are amazing. I had a grest stay for a business trip and a conference at the hotel.
