On arrival we couldn’t get into the entrance due to a wedding being on and it was very dangerous & congested. I then got told I couldn’t park at the hotel and had to park at the Marriot carpark which was 5 minutes walk away downhill In pouring rain and with. poor mobility that’s not good enough for a hotel of this standard! Reception staff couldn’t have cared less, It added 45 mins onto my check in and spoiled the whole experience for us. Hotel and room were 10/10. Breakfast was good and staff were really friendly in that area. Next time I’ll just stay at the Marriot as it ticks all the boxes.

Very good stay. We had an issue when we first checked into our room that the safe was beeping, called reception and they said they will get someone to check it. Within minutes maintenance were there and got it fixed and were so helpful. All the staff we spoke to were polite and lovely.
