The staff could not have been nicer or more helpful. An absolute delight to deal with.
The immediate environs are nothing special but you’re less than five minutes from the RER, and on the far side of the station there are some very good bakeries, markets and restaurants in the older area of Nanterre. If you need somewhere to stay outside the arrondissements, it’s ideal.

Room had clearly not been cleaned from previous guests.
Bed had not been changed and bathroom was still messy with towels on floor.

Not again
Hotel is ok. Have stayed in a lot better than this one. Lots of work happening at hotel when I arrived, so the reception was full of workmen and tools, and also the bar/restaurant.
The restaurant food choice is very limited, and the area surrounding the hotel didn't feel like the kind of place that you would want to explore on foot.
I had a few issues with my room, toilet over flowing, noise outside (drunks shouting all day/evening) and the hotel were accommodating to try and resolve these things.

All the staff gave a wonderful service. The fact there wasn't many of them made no difference. Had two wonderful meals in the restaurant.

Close to RER station, clean and comfy room
Close to RER station, very convenient.
Room is clean and comfy in general but I was surprised to know that this is a 4-star hotel with its service and design. Don't expect too much from hotel in outer zones of Paris.

Ok hotel
You need to pay for wifi, the toilet in our room was leaking. It's an ok hotel but defiantly not a four star hotel.

Good service makes up for a lot of other isssues
Disappointed, notwithstanding friendly staff who did a great job. Only room they could offer me was a smoking room, definitely stinky, which perhaps set the tone for me. A lot of road noise, which woke me up early next day morning much sooner than I needed to. Very little in the immediate surroundings, by way shops or places to see or things to do or places too eat, you need to take a subway or taxi for most of that. Subway is 5 minutes walk away, which is a big plus. All in all, overpriced for what it offers.
