Ithaca prices are ridiculous. The price for a mediocre room in an aging hotel with few amenities was definitely more than it was worth.

Better than average 2-3 star hotel, not a bad place to stay at typical reasonable rates, BUT prices were super inflated for a Cornell football game and Homecoming. Surrounding area was nondescript however it was close to cool stuff downtown and a short 15min walk to Buttermilk Falls State Park

Loved the fact that there was a free breakfast. The property was in a good location. The staff was very friendly. I wish the bathroom had a bit more room between the toilet and the sink. Also, the bed bumped up next to an outlet and the bipap my husband uses stopped working because it came out of the wall a bit.

We were traveling with oùr dog. They accommodated us very well. The property on the outside is not impressive but the room was very clean. It even smelled clean. We are traveling that way again and will gladly stay there.

This is a very basic hotel. It’s clean and kind of what you’d expect. I was disappointed that the gym was out of commission so if that’s important, call ahead to see if it’s open. The staff was very nice but overwhelmed by the busyness of the breakfast rush (it was college move in day) which also meant the rates were rhigh then given demand.

No hair dryer in my room and when I contacted the front desk I was advised that only certain rooms had them and they didn’t have any additional ones at the motel we could use. Also, the key to our room deactivated daily and we had to visit the front desk each day to have the key reset. Mattresses made noises, probably due to age.
