Never made it to the hotel due to circumstances. Booked a refundable room. Also chose to pay on site when checked in. Still had to pay for a service that was never used. Terrible scam to make you pay for nothing.

I really like this hotel for everything, but what I like most is that they accept cash deposits, so they don't take so long to return the money. Instead, you get your money back as soon as you leave.

At 9 P.M. the toilet quit working. I called the front desk who informed me that maintenance did not return until 9 am and they were sold out of rooms. I had to take the lid off the toilet and add water from the ice- bucket to make it work the remainer of my stay. The hotel did not offer a discount or any type of reimbursement for my trouble. The hotel clerk DID NOT CARE! Management never called to apologize or anything. I called the hotel and was put on hold for over 20 minutes. I then called corporate who said they could not give me a refund or discount only management could, but that they would have management call me in 24 hours. One week later no call. Management does not care about their guest obviously. Never have I stayed at a hotel with such horrible customer service.
