Excellent service upon check-in. The assistant, Ms. Y. Smith, was professional, thoughtful, kind, and unusually helpful. Subsequent service, from other people, was not nearly as good - conflicting information, people unsure of how to read their own computer notes regarding my reservation and visit, and one person was openly annoyed and curt. Total lack of "hospitality" for someone working in the "hospitality industry."
As for the room: Uncleaned bathroom floor, multiple carpet stains (black), peeling wallpaper.
