Room wasn’t horrible, but before we even unpacked, I noticed someone else’s hair on the sink counter, on the coffee maker and on tops of the in wall hair dryer. Made me question how clean everything else was.

The beds are too high off the floor. I'm 5'7" and struggled just setting on the edge and even more trying to lie down. Do not have anough accessible rooms. Not all rooms have to include acwalk in shower. Just having the low tub sides and grab bats plus grab bars by the commode would make a room so much more accessible to someone who needs "some" help but doesn't require full ADA.

We were there with family for a wedding. The hotel smelled either musty, like someone was smoking pot or maybe a skunk was near by. The whole place needs to be updated. We had several rooms and they all need help.

We only stopped for one night passing through. The building smell was not great, and most of the place was somewhat run down but the room was clean and comfortable, bathroom was clean and orderly. This hotel definitely needs some updates like all carpets def need a good shampoo or just need replaced. Price not bad at all. But compared to where we live even the cheaper hotels are very nice and clean for the same price...other places in this area are definitely overpriced compared to this hotel. Over all not a bad stay but just a one night as we were passing back through to home. The staff was definitely friendly and helpful!

Carpet in room not swept after last guest, rocks all over the floor.Bathroom floor not swept after last guest, dust and debris on bathroom floor. Beds were clean and so were linens. Breakfast was simple but there were a couple different options for food.

The beds were dirty, we called down to the desk to get the sheets changed and they told us they were unable to help us. I asked if we could come get some to change them and they said the house keepers are not there and we they can not help us. Anytime we asked a question we felt like we were causing a problem for asking. Breakfast was not even filled when we went in there and it was very limited choices (remind you we were in there an hour after it opened). All in all it was not a great experience and I would not recommended this hotel to anyone.

Lots of strong, bad smells
There was a very strong perfume / air freshener smell in the lobby. It was not pleasant. When we walked down the 2nd floor hallway, there was a very strong smell of someone cooking Indian food, or something similar. In our hotel room, there was a perfume / air freshener smell coming from the air conditioner. It was very unpleasant and there was no way to get rid of it. The smell stayed on our bags and all our stuff. I washed my backpack in the washing machine and set it out in the sun to dry and still haven't been able to remove the smell.
