We had to move rooms because our AC was out. There were not enough pillows and when we asked for more they never showed up. The room felt dirty, there was no soap or towels to shower. The night desk clerk was awesome but the day people not so much.

Not great customer service.
We checked it after 6 P.M.- check in time starts at 3. Upon arriving at the hotel not everyone in our party were able to check in to their rooms. They had to wait almost additional 30 minutes while the front desk person had people running to the floor they were supposed to be on to see if it was done. When it was addressed that room wasn't ready even after checking in more then 3 hours after the start of check in that there should be some way for the hotel to make the wait right it was stated multiple times that they had people with late check out, the use of a third party book site was tossed out as an excuse for the delay, and so on. After a call to Hotels.com they offered to comp that rooms breakfast(Which was $14.95 and not worth the $ per one of our other party). The room description reads sleeps 3. 1 king bed no pull out or couch for the 3rd person. They requested an additional pillow and blanket from the housekeeper that was in the hallway cleaning rooms and was told she didn't have a key for that closet? Also had issues with key cards. The rooms need to be updated there is some wear and tear. The room was clean. The service at check in with all our rooms not being ready soured the experience for any future stay here. As a Hilton chain we expected way better service. Our group would not return.

Paper thin walls
Do not stay at this hotel if you want to get any sleep! The walls are paper thin. I could hear every word of a phone conversation our neighbor was having ( someone owed him $300 and he wanted it back!). Then the same neighbor proceeded to have his tv on all night. I could hear it as if it was in my room. Had an early flight the next morning and got NO sleep.
