It was fine.
The stay was fine, I had to change rooms because of a broken AC that could not be shut off and was making a lot of noise. The second room was also broken but did not turn on so i just opened the window instead of complaining again. It was not a very clean room either time with the carpet being quite dirty. As well as the bed not feeling very fresh and the towels and toilet seats having stains. Overall it was fine and it worked for my trip but I have stayed in much better quality for a much lower price in Paris.

A satisfactory stay, clean room and good polite, friendly staff, near to many metro lines and food outlets. Unfortunately my "special request" was not acknowledgement and the hotel staff seemed unaware of my request (I sent a message twice before arrival) Uncomfortable bed, appears to be a new mattress topper on an old mattress with huge dip in it so really uncomfortable, hip and back ache as a result. Really poor 'tea tray" one lemon tea, 2 decaffeinated coffee sachets, one sugar with 2 small cardboard cups and nothing to stir your drink with, it would be so much better to have a ceramic cup, some UHT milk or powerdered milk and a selection of tea and coffee and importantly a spoon !

Pro: Steps a way from the metro lines. Close to McDanald Chinatown and a shopping malls. Con: Breakfast is terrible. Half of the light fixtures in the room are not working. very uncomfortable beds. One very small elevator that share with parking. We othen waited 5 min or more in the morning.

Great hotel, perfect location to explore Paris
This hotel is perfect if you want to be in a less busy area of Paris but a 2 minute walk to really well connected metro lines. The staff were really helpful and the room was clean and quiet. I'd definitley stay here again!

I tried to cancel my reservation six months in advance due to the illness of a parent. Thus, I was unable to make the trip to Paris. The manager was a total jerk and refused to refund my money. He is a heartless person who has no business being in the hospitality industry. This is a case of corporate greed.

I was in Paris for the Olympics and most of my tickets were for gymnastics, so I loved being so close to Bercy Arena. For the non-gymnastics events I went to, it was very convenient that the metro stop was a short walk away. My mom and I also appreciated that the staff helped us get a taxi to CDG when it was time for us to go home. Additionally, we enjoyed the selections for breakfast each morning.
