Room and linens were clean however the room had a somewhat stale smell to it. Temperature was also set rather warm and not adjustable however this will be subjective to each traveller. Breakfast was delicious with a great variety of options. One morning however the dishes were still mostly dirty. All in all we did enjoy our stay, staff were kind and helpful and the hotel is very well situated and close to train stations, sightseeing bus stops and other great things.

Everything is perfect including the room, check in, cleanliness of facility. Location is perfect for walking to local attractions, shopping, dining. The restaurant is no longer a steak house and seems to be transitioning with possibly new owner or management. The breakfast has a good selection of items. I would not recommend the dining room for the steak dinner on the menu. It was not edible. However, my granddaughter had a chicken dish that she stated was very good.

Typical of what I expect from a Premier Inn: clean rooms and a good breakfast, whether you choose the continental or the full breakfast. Close to the Buchanan St shopping district and a big shopping mall if you're into shopping. Also close to the river vthe nice path foe walking or biking.

The hotel is close to St Enoch Square shopping mall, restaurants, and attractions; however the Bar + Block Steakhouse is a must for dinner at least once. The room was spacious and clean with minimal noise interruptions. Staff were friendly, but should brush up on their skills when communicating with neurodivergent guests.
