I didn't stay here for this trip. After i stayed here the first time, i booked another hotel. Tried to rebook through Travelocity, but that was a nightmare. i just bit the bullet and paid for two hotel stays over the same time frame.

Dirty, smelled like smoke in the 3 rooms I tried, not the room description

2/10 Poor

Everything for filthy. No housekeeping room never cleaned in 5 days we were there. We had to get our own towels, toilet paper, soap by going to front desk ourselves. I would never recommend this place.
Verified review

2/10 Poor

When we got to the property to check in they did not have a room for us because they overbooked. So we had to find a room by ourselves hours away from home. Very unprofessional
Verified review

2/10 Poor

Was extremely dirty not cleaned at all and smelled like cigarette smoke and had homeless people living around the facility.

2/10 Poor

I didn’t even stay. They had first given one of my rooms away I had already paid for so I had to find another hotel last minute. The outside was very dirty , trash everywhere, prostitutes outside arguing. And the rooms look like they haven’t been cleaned in a year.

Worst experience ever

We had to find another hotel. After saying it would take them an hour to prepare our room, we came back to be told they had nothing available.

The room was not clean enough, shower shower didn't work properly
Verified review

2/10 Poor

The room was very unkeep. Smelled like 20 people were smoking in the room next to me. The bathroom is in need of a replacement. The fridge moved back and forth when i opened it. The kids in the area were all over and people walking around gave bad vibes.
