The manager at the desk was very polite and patient with me. He answered all my questions while giving me a few suggestions that will improve my stay. The hotel is very quiet and the beds are so comfortable. This allows you to get a good night sleep away from home. The room amenities are a plus when you are away from home.

It was a very nice stay. We checked in ridiculously late, like 3am, so the front desk allowed for us to a late check out of almost an hour late so we could sleep in a bit. The second floor ice machine was out so i had to use the one on the 3rd floor. Other than that, it was a very pleasant visit.

Old and tired rooms
We were given a regular room versus a booked suite. We were told there were attempts at contacting me but I had no missed calls. The room was very old. Rusty shower. No plug in the shower. One bed was passable but the other had a big dent in it from people sitting on the edge. Phone didn’t work even though it was plugged in. I was told we would be refunded but I have yet to see it on my credit card statement.
