Ocean view was nice. Room was clean. Cannot compare to Canadian hotels as it’s not the same country things are different. The room smelled of humidity but your on the beach, comes with the territory. Would go back again in a heartbeat. Beach was clean and really nice.

The view was great. The hotel is a little dated, the tv was very Y2K…. The a/c worked perfect, the towels did not feel fresh. The bed linens were mid. The price was comparable to what I got. It was a great quick getaway, location was ideal. I opted out of the all inclusive portion that was available, chose to eat off site. Value was there. Staff was nice. There’s always someone available, even at 3am.

Staff is completely rude not helpful at all with their own responsibilities. Any questions you might have they will hesitate to answer anything. Our room was booked for 4 days they only activated the keys for 3. I would not go back ever again to this Hotel mainly because of their staff.
