I have specifically booked a room with a balcony and ocean view, but was initially placed in a dark, tiny room with no balcony.
That room was very dirty and on the first day I have found no staff to help me out.
The man, who checked me in was lazy and no help at all, even though I speak the local language.
On day two at least I was put in the room I have booked and paid for. The young woman, who helped was really sweet.
