New Years Eve Stay
Lovely room with King bed and spa tub. Only notation is that we purposely chose a room with the balcony over the park. Nice view but there were no chairs that we could use to sit outside and enjoy the view and fresh air. One VERY uncomfortable desk chair we could use but only one. There were two chairs in the room but they did not fit out the balcony door to use outside.

Aesthetically convenient location to all amnesties
My family felt it was value for money. Convenient to all amenities. Aethestic look over Myers park. Pity pools wasn't available. Took a while to get cleaners to room.

We stayed for the weekend and luckily we were out on the town for the most part because it would have been a bummer if we had to spend any time there. The hotel was pretty run down. Furniture was visibly worn, there was water damage on the ceiling in multiple places, the beds were really soft, the room was very warm (there was a temp control but it didn't seem to do anything). The most disappointing factor was that there was no parking on site. If you aren't going to have parking available, that needs to be stated before booking so we can plan. Not only was there no parking, but the staff didn't seem to care, or even have an option for us. We had to search for parking and then move the car three times to avoid getting a ticket. We won't be staying here again.

Amazing front office staff at check in and check out. Hotel getting a complete overhaul as new owners so unfortunately pool and restaurant closed but room rate matched the inconvenience so it wasn't a problem. Great cafes all around anyway. Location was really key for us with the park for my 10 year old daughter and city so close to wander. Parking was also a good price for inner city too in the basement for $25
