Take it or leave it
Its a very "you get what you pay for" property. It's affordable and sometimes that's what you want. I'm not a fan of the 2am construction or that my cable had issues during my last night (probably related?). I actually remember some of the staff being somewhat snarky about it to customers when i was checking in. The front desk staff is younger and that ends up edging upon being unprofessional. A little offputting. It's an older building with signs of wear and tear. There were several places where the vinyl(?) Was taped down. Not a big deal unless you're looking for that type of thing. Probably a good choice if you're trying to have a "one and done" vegas experience but if youre a sensitive sleeper paying more for another location is a better idea. While the construction isn't their fault, it does factor in to the desirability of their facility. After Sunday, finding an uber or a lyft will cost you significantly more because they close off half of the street and there's only one way that your driver can come and get you. Even walking is a challenge because you have to walk around all of the construction. There are no shortcuts. While I don't mind getting my steps in, after a long day the last thing I want to deal with is walking an additional quarter/half mile down an unrelated street and back to get to my lodgings.
