Indoor swimming pool was locked and I had to find someone to unlock the gate during posted open hours. The reason may have been that the indoor pool was extremely cold. I asked at the front desk and they didn’t know when it would be fixed (probably just to save a buck on heating it.) I also had no hot water in my room. Front desk personnel said they would work with Hotels.com to give some monetary compensation and not directly to me because booked through 3rd party of Hotels.com. That was a lie according to the Hotels.com representative I talked to on the phone. Very deceitful people at this hotel. I cannot say enough good things about the Hotels.com representative. He was very professional, courteous and efficient. He gave me a $25 OneKey Cash credit for my poor experience at this hotel.

Nasty room and no help from front desk
The bathtub was nasty and had pieces of coffee cup pushed into the drain handle to hold it open so water would drain. The tub itself had patches of white silicone on it that was flaking off. The nasty white silicone was all over our feet and we ended up putting a towel in the bathtub. We complained to the desk and got a run around.

Room was basic, but comfortable. Soft bedding. Updates to the hotel in the common spaces with the cleanest breakfast area I have seen for the standard breakfast fare. Room was a bit worn, with furniture and a door totally worn out at the bottom. Found two dead bugs in the room. Indoor pool looked very clean, though we did not use it.
