Daegu is applauded for its cultural attractions such as Daegu Opera House and Daegu Art Museum. Visitors speak highly of this city's coffeehouses and tropical setting with sights including Moonlight Waterside Park and Daegu Duryu Park.
"The rooms were spacious and very clean, with a separate toilet room and shower. The neighborhood itself was limited and less clean than other places I’ve visited in Korea. However, the subway is about a 10 minute walk and one train to downtown. There were also other neighborhoods nearby that were walkable with more food options. The room came with a buffet breakfast that was more than adequate. The biggest issue for us was the foyer and the hallways had a very strong smelling air freshener that did not smell nice and triggered our sensitivities to perfume and other strong scents."
"I stayed 2 nights in the Junior Pool Suite Double Room at Hotel Susung, with a beautiful view of Suseong Lake. The room was spacious, had a jacuzzi, and included a bidet in the bathroom. The rooftop pool offered a stunning panoramic view, and the breakfast buffet was delicious."
