Overall good stay , great location close to the Central station in the centre of Gothenburg. Reception staff were very friendly and helpful at check in, restaurant and bar staff also very pleasant. Minor issues were the AC which we couldn’t switch off and having no hot water on the morning of our check out. However that wouldn’t put me off recommending the hotel to fellow travellers

The stay was nearly perfect. No complaints. Our window looked directly into the adjacent mall which was a bit strange. Otherwise everything was perfect. Room, breakfast, location, service, all great!

Too eco-friendly. Ingrown stains on sheets and towels (In Sweden they do not wash hot enough in order to save energy) no cleaning unless you tell them the day BEFORE. Do not plan to visit the pool, it has to be booked so it was already full.

Har ligget på dette hotellet mange ganger, noen år siden sist nå. Hotellet trenger en oppgradering på rommene, matsalen er for liten i helgene da det er mye folk, denne gangen var det kaldt vann på lørdagsmorgen.. minibar/kjøleskap på rommene etterlyser mange. Blir nok ikke dette hotellet neste gang dessverre.
