Front desk failed on basic customer service. At check in one desk staff said they could help us coordinate a parcel shipment for us but when we tried to get some help they told us they do not do that any more.

Not normal Scandic standard. If you have an electric car it is not the hotel to stay at... they have only slow charger an that is okay but you are only supposed to use it for 5 hours. That means you have to go up in the night and move your car. Or if you charge it later you have to move the car before 7am. If not not they add a cost for parking 24 hours even if you move you car just minutes after 7am.

Gutes Hotel, für den Preis könnte es mehr sein

Leider hatte ich ein Zimmer zur Straßenseite, so dass man nicht mit offenem Fenster schlafen kann. Auch war es sehr warm und eine Lüftung somit auch nicht möglich. Das Frühstück war üppig und es gab alles was man möchte.... Abends haber wir im Restaurant gegessen und das Essen sowie der Service waren gut. Leider gab es keine Flasche Wasser, Kaffee oder Tee auf dem Zimmer, was man bei dem Preis durchaus etwarten kann....

Inga konstigheter alls. Ett bra och fräscht hotell. En liten kommentar är bara gällande frukosten. Det är något man kan längta efter när man har en ledig weekend. Tyvärr var det väldigt fullt och trångt. Utbudet på frukostbuffen var annars bra.
