The apartment is located a short distance from the sea only 160 m. the crow flies, in a strategic position close to the most important resorts of the Costa Smeralda such as Porto Cervo, Smooth Cow, Poltu Quatu, Porto Rotondo and the famous beaches of Capriccioli, Liscia Ruja, Principe, Cala di Volpe, Romazzino, Pevero. On foot you can reach the beaches of the Hotel Cala Bitta, some in their natural state and a small island close to be reached with a short swim to swim.
