I stay in Cambs often and like this hotel as the studio rooms allow me to be more flexible. The room is clean on arrival, with lovely linen and a comfy bed. That said I have noticed maintenance issues across several rooms with bathroom sinks that do not drain and heating (or lack there of) and appliances not working.

Cold room ~ spent half of my one night special treat away (where I was hoping to relax) communicating with staff about the cold room and sorting the thermostat.
